50th ANNIVERSARY REUNION SOLD OUT!
You read it right kids! All of the available
place settings at the Hilton Hotel, Woodland Hills, have been purchased! On one hand, we are very pleased with the
enthusiastic interest and response that you have shown for our 50th Anniversary
Reunion, we didn't really anticipate attendance being in such great numbers. On
the other hand, we are disappointed that we cannot accommodate all of you who
would like to attend. Having reached that magic 400 number, in mid-April, the
hotel has informed us that fire regulations will only permit up to 400 guests:

Success.
Because there is still some time between now and
June 26, 2004, it is quite possible that there will be cancellations, so we
have established a "Waiting List" according to when the registration
of $120 p/p is received. We will hold (but not cash) checks. If there are still
some people on the "Waiting List" at the reunion time, their checks
will be returned. Make your $120 p/p registration fee payable to: NHHS Class of
`54 Reunion and mail it c/o Jerry Bruce, Treasurer at the above address.
All 50 Reunion Guest Rooms Sold Out ...Hilton Adds
Another 20!
Well kids, now we have filled all of the 50 guest
rooms that Hilton had set aside for us! Soooooo, Hilton has added another twenty
rooms to accommodate our class of `54: The reunion discount rate of $90.06
per night (includes the 14% room tax) is
still being honored up to JUNE 11th! So don't dally, telephone your Hilton
Reservation TODAY! (818) 595-1000.
Handicapable Rooms: When making reservations, be specific regarding
wheelchair access, grab bars, etc.
Hotel Parking: If attending the reunion and not staying overnight, Valet Parking is
$6.00 per car/plus tip. If staying overnight at the hotel, Valet Parking is
$8.00 per car, per day/plus tip. Self-Parking in the parking structure is
available at $10.00 per car, per day regardless if staying over or not.
Things You Need to Know-Please Read Carefully!
Pre-Paid Reservations Are A
Must! Anyone showing up at the
door without a pre-paid reservation will be denied entry! NO VISITORS PLEASE!
Fire Regulations: Hotel fire regulations forbid the moving together or removal
of any tables or chairs!
Table Reservations: All persons making pre-reunion reservations for
tables of 12 (only), need to make sure that their table guest are confirmed and
all 12 names must be provided when making the reservation! Remember, no

Dress-Smart/Casual: (Suggestions for the Ladies) One/two piece dresses, dressy pant suits, street
length dresses. (Suggestions for the Gentleman) Sport shirts, coats, slacks, suit & tie, (no jeans).
Dinner
Suggestions: If you are kosher, we
recommend you order the Vegetarian Plate. You must

770-6888. We understand the Hilton's traditional "Mixed Grill"
Fillet Mignon is average size and the Shrimp or Prawns are quite large.
Arrive Promptly: Our reunion begins at 6:00 p.m. sharp, June 26th, 2004.
Cocktail hour is from 6:00 to 7:15 p.m. Remember, you
have a lot of classmates to see!
Registration: When you arrive at the Reunion Registration Desk, you will be given a
packet that will include your Name Badge (be sure to put it on immediately
and wear it all evening, as that is your pass for entering and exiting our
hotel facilities . You
will also receive Drawing Tickets, a Table Tent (with your name on it) and a Numbered Ticket for your Memory Book Photographs.
Seating Arrangements: Unless you are seated at a reserved table for 12, when
the banquet room doors open, go and reserve your table setting by placing your
Table Tent (with your name on it) at an available location of your
liking.
Remember, This Event is A Sell-Out and Every Seat Will be Occupied! When asked,
please identify any open space(s) at your table. Please welcome even those
classmates you may not know or remember.
To Assure Yourself Being in the Memory Book: After
registration, make sure to visit the "easy to find" photographers, (the
Memory Book should be mailed to you within 90-I20 days following the reunion).
Pre-Reunion Memory Rush: Our class cyber
photo album continues to grow. The only thing that you have to do is register
at classmates.com to see it.
After you've registered, visit our web site at www.nhhs54.org and click
on the "paw link" that says Reunion Photo Album and enjoy. Then go to
the other links at the site and read all about your classmates and the reunion!

27, 2004: Be sure to attend ...commences at 11:00 a.m. at North Hollywood High
School. "All you can eat" BBQ hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and soft
drinks are available for $6.50 p/p. Mail your check to: NHHS Alumni
